My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable with a good shower; however, having all the appliances would have been a nice addition. The female receptionist during the 10 pm shift was not as accommodating, but the rest of the staff were very friendly and provided excellent customer service. The hotel is located just off the Edinburgh tram route, making it convenient for exploring the city center. The dining options were decent for the price offered. Although there were a few areas for improvement, it was a good value for money.
